What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and build of enterprise-wide Analytics, AI, and Software platform capabilities
- Automate the deployment, management, and observability of platform services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance XETA Analytics and XETA AI platform capabilities
- Mentor less experienced team members and provide technical thought leadership
- Participate in technology councils and continuously evaluate new technologies/services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12+ years' experience with modern data applications & platforms utilizing AWS, Azure, and Hybrid
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience
- Expertise in DevSecOps practices including IaC, CI/CD, and Code Scanning & Analysis
- Experience in Agile software delivery practices
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status compliant
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of financial analysis to forecast cloud usage costs
- Experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Ability to travel 10-20% domestically
