Position Overview: We are seeking an Associate Director, Cyber Architecture and Engineering within our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security strategy, ensuring alignment with firm goals and addressing threats.
2. Support security operations and incident response, providing expertise in activities like threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation.
3. Oversee the integration of GCP security tooling, automations, and processes for unified security monitoring and response.
4. Stay updated on cybersecurity practices, mentor team members, and provide thought leadership in security monitoring.
5. Drive automation and documentation of security processes and playbooks.
6. Build relationships with internal technology teams and vendors to ensure strategy alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications:

1. At least eight years of recent experience in security architecture, with a focus on GCP and security tooling integration.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications like CISSP and Google Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.
3. Experience leading security projects, understanding regulatory requirements like NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
4. Ability to influence in a matrixed environment, develop resource and project plans, and manage budgets.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
6. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
