We are seeking an Associate Director, Cyber Architecture and Engineering to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage GCP security strategy, ensuring alignment with firm goals and addressing evolving threats.
2. Support security operations and incident response, including threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation.
3. Oversee GCP and Workbench security tooling integration, automation, and processes for unified security monitoring.
4. Stay updated on cybersecurity practices, mentor team members, and provide thought leadership.
5. Drive automation to enhance security processes and document procedures.
6. Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure strategy alignment.

Qualifications:

1. At least eight years of experience in security architecture, with expertise in GCP and security tooling.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as CISSP and Google Cloud Security Engineer are preferred.
3. Experience leading security projects, understanding regulatory requirements like NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
4. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
5. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
