Job summary

iLink Digital in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Engineering & Delivery to lead large-scale data and product engagements. You will manage client portfolios, own end-to-end relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors, and act as a trusted advisor on strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications

Commercial & AccountManagement

• Own account P&L; driverevenue growth and optimize gross margin across the portfolio.

• Lead estimation and proposalefforts, including scoping, pricing, and solutioning for new and expandingwork.
• Present business strategies,data architectures, and technical solution approaches directly to customers.

• Oversee delivery of productengineering solutions across web, desktop, and cross-platform technologies.
