Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in custodial or operational services management.
• Four years of supervisory experience managing custodial operations.
• Strong leadership skills in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all custodial operations across multiple campus facilities.
• Implement and improve operational plans and maintenance programs.
• Supervise managers and staff, including recruitment and performance management.
