Job summary

MSD seeks a regional category leader in Marketing Procurement to drive sourcing strategy for Creative, Digital Production & Publishing, and Medical Education, collaborating with Human Health partners and regional teams to craft global sourcing plans inside a matrix organization.

You will manage stakeholder needs, advance value creation, and oversee supplier performance across global suppliers while guiding procurement strategy and sustainable spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, and business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategic procurement, creative agency procurement, marketing or related role.
• 5 years’ experience analytical skills.
• 5 years’ experience working with data, and reporting dashboards.
• In-depth subject matter expertise in the creative and production agencies or sourcing field and current industry trends and best practices.
• Proven success in developing and executing global or regional creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong communications and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a wide variety of individuals, including senior management, stakeholders, team members, other departments and suppliers.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic procurement for Creative, Digital Production & Publishing.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies with stakeholders.
• Build cross-functional teams through sourcing processes.
• Drive supplier relationship management and KPI tracking.
• Support procurement governance and cost-saving initiatives.
