Here’s what all the hype is about…

BellRing Brands, Inc. (NYSE: BRBR) is a publicly traded holding company and a rapidly growing leader in the global convenient nutrition category offering ready-to-drink shake and powder protein products. Our subsidiary, Premier Nutrition Company (PNC), sells the brands Premier Protein, Dymatize, and PowerBar, which is sold internationally, and we are part of our holding company, BellRing Brands.

PNC has a simple, yet powerful, formula for its success, which we’ve been nailing since its founding in 1997. We start off with an organization powered by our company purpose—Changing Lives with Good Energy. Then our purpose-driven people are given the support and autonomy to develop and grow. Next, we are super-intentional about designing a culture where everyone feels like they truly connect and belong, which is one of our five company core values. Purpose-driven, connected employees who are consistently mastering new skills deliver amazing business results. And winning companies with amazing people and thriving cultures attract and retain top talent, so the cycle becomes self-reinforcing or what we call our regenerative culture.

We don’t mind sharing our formula since, as people who we believe in the power of changing lives with good energy, we think the world would be a better place if more workplaces treated adults like adults and gave them the platform to do the best work of their lives—alongside some truly amazing colleagues. Why don’t more companies do this? It takes deep-in-your-bones conviction to your people, products, and purpose to pull it off. It also takes resisting the urge to try to control people, and instead trusting them to make the right decisions. The results of our vibrant culture speaks for themselves: We were certified as a Great Place to Work for the 9th year-running in 2025. And we currently rank #8 on Fortune Magazine’s Best Workplaces in our category, and in the top 12 for each of the last 7 years.

We have a long list of ways we take care of our people, but here are some crowd‑pleasers that our teammates often say they love most: Year‑round ½ day Fridays, 6% 401k match after 1 year, all positions bonus‑eligible, Costco or Sam’s membership reimbursement, monthly phone and internet reimbursements, on‑site gym access, generous paid family leave regardless of gender, company‑wide volunteer days, company‑matched charitable donations, no employee handbook, no dress code, and coaching conversations instead of performance reviews.

BellRing Brands seeks individuals who will flourish in this type of work environment and will add to our culture and help build this high‑growth company for the next phase in our amazing journey. Does this sound like you? Then read on… #LI‑HYBRID

The role you’re interested in…

The Associate Director, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations will be an integral member of the team leading the end-to-end reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, owning key components of the process and delivering thoughtful analysis and strategic insight to help shape the financial narrative both internally and externally. This role will possess exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills - with the ability to both distill complex financial topics, influence cross‑functional partners and drive continuous improvement. This role is based at BellRing’s office in Clayton, Missouri. Occasional travel will be required. This role will report to the Sr. Director – Investor Relations & Corporate Finance.

The work environment…

So, what’s it like to work here? If you’re based in the greater St. Louis area, you’ll walk into our new, modern Clayton, Missouri headquarters each Tuesday morning and start the in‑person portion of our hybrid work week at our weekly all-company meeting live-streamed along with our colleagues at our flagship subsidiary, Premier Nutrition Company, which is headquartered in Emeryville, California. During that time, we watch one of our newer teammates tell their personal life and career journey followed by short updates on any hot topics that might be relevant to the week ahead such as product news, culture events, and ringing the bell (i.e., things to celebrate).

We are a true hybrid workplace with aligned days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. What this means in practice is you will have more flexibility and time to do focused work at the beginning and end of the workweek, and the middle portion will be filled with connecting in person for things like innovation, impromptu collaboration, having respectful challenges to get better decisions, leadership role‑modeling, and culture building. Great work cultures are built on the stories about what great looks like in practice, and, if you think about it, no one ever told a great culture-building story about something that happened off-camera on a Zoom or Teams meeting.

You’re excited about this opportunity because your time will be filled with…
BellRing Corporate FP&A: 60% of your time
  • Lead development of all of BellRing Brands consolidated management reporting (Monthly Management reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecasts and Board of Director’s financial presentations) and drive analysis to communicate on‑going financial outlook and risks/opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain various models and scenarios to influence key decisions while driving a risk‑intelligent culture.
  • Partner with key internal teams to drive analysis and narrative to facilitate leadership decision‑making.
Investor Relations & Corporate Communications: 30% of your time
  • Support the quarterly earnings preparation process (drafting earnings release, tables, script, Q&A and presentation) and development of investor materials (presentations, investor background materials, annual report) by leveraging business knowledge and deep financial expertise to communicate clearly and concisely to the investment community.
  • Analyze updates to sell‑side analyst models and internal consensus model against company forecasts and guidance; monitor analyst models for accuracy, completeness of data and reasonableness of assumptions.
  • Research and analyze company shareholder base, assisting in development of overall investor targeting and event strategy.
Special Projects & Other: 10% of your time
  • Work on highly sensitive and urgent ad hoc requests.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Experience:
