Job summary

Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy seeking an Associate Director to lead experienced, diverse teams and drive client value.

In this role you will manage key accounts, develop new and existing client relationships, oversee strategic projects, and apply cost-management expertise to meet contract targets, while mentoring your team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in construction with cost management in the data centre sector.
  • Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
  • Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
  • Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and openness and fun.

Overview

As an Associate Director at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:



  • Act as the key account manager, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust

We would love to hear from you if you:



  • Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment

  • Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres

  • Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the d ata centre sector

  • Have confidence to head up meetings with clients

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying

  • Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS

  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun


All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.


The salary range for this role is between $140,769 to $197,077 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
