Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Associate Director, Standards & Execution to lead planning, execution, and implementation of strategic initiatives within the Global Regulatory and Clinical Safety Quality Management System. You will partner with GRACS leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance, drive governance, and ensure privacy, data security, and records management programs meet regulatory requirements.

This role supports a global and US vendor base in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project management, systems management, or regulatory work.
• With a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in PM/regulatory work; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, governance, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish and lead records management and document retention programs.
• Support Data Security Program governance and privacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with process owners on privacy assessments and compliance docs.
• Coordinate annual privacy assessments and remediation activities.
• Oversee third-party due diligence for global and U.S. vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation.
• Provide leadership communications, metrics, and status reporting.
• Support privacy program through collaboration on assessments.
