Job summary

Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks an Associate Director, Community Relations, to advance government affairs, combat antisemitism, and educational outreach. You will manage frontline coverage for Martin County and support boards and committees, driving engagement and coalition-building.

Responsibilities include coordinating educational programs, strengthening partnerships, and guiding crisis response for antisemitic incidents, while reporting to the Director of Community Relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent research, written, verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in Jewish communal, nonprofit, public sector or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Director, Community Relations in planning and managing programs to build relationships within and beyond the Jewish community.
• Strengthens interfaith and intergroup contacts by serving as a representative on coalitions and events.
• Builds relationships with clergy, elected officials, business leaders, and other civic leaders within the portfolio.
