Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a senior Data Management leader to oversee the management team, ensuring compliant SOPs, budgeting, and timely delivery of data management deliverables.

You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical expertise to the Data Management department, guiding resourcing and process improvements while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical data management.
• 6–8 years of line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with regulations, GCP, SOPs, and sponsor requirements.
• Provide line management for assigned management team.
• Define and monitor objectives for Managers, ensuring career development opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic management of the department.
• Oversee resourcing and proactive allocation of resources.
• Oversee departmental quality and issue management with proactive solutions.
• Develop and implement department SOPs.
