Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to support physician management objectives through participation in design, development, and tactical implementation of strategic business objectives. The goal is successful retention, management, and performance of assigned provider groups and pools, ultimately driving the financial viability of the market and providing a full continuum of care for members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day client service operations and oversee a team of Account Managers.
  2. Analyze provider group performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies aligned with company goals.
  3. Drive process improvements impacting revenue, quality metrics, coding, and documentation.
  4. Facilitate strategic business meetings with provider groups and develop staff to support these initiatives.
  5. Handle provider inquiries and issues, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
  6. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to create and evaluate strategic plans.
  7. Ensure staff development through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in network development/provider relations, including management experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicare operations, HEDIS, HCC Coding, and Medicare Advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and valid driver’s license.
Additional Information

This remote role is based in Ohio. Salary ranges from $89,800 to $176,700 annually, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
