ABOUT THE POSITION

A mission-driven professional with strong analytical and project management skills who will support business development and provide strategic partnership to senior leaders.

Arabella Advisors seeks an Associate Director to join our West Coast client development team. This person will partner with senior leaders at Arabella to drive impact on important social issues by advancing new business development opportunities and working collaboratively across teams to advance the firm’s strategic priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in advancing their social sector career through proactive and strategic work, including engaging early with philanthropic clients to shape new initiatives. We are looking for a candidate familiar with fiscal sponsorship and nonprofit operations, with an understanding of the West Coast philanthropic landscape, and enthusiasm for helping clients achieve impact on a wide range of key issues from early childhood education to closing the racial wealth gap to conservation and the environment.
