Job summary

Denison University in Granville, Ohio seeks a dedicated professional to lead and support community service, civic engagement, and student leadership initiatives within the Alford Community Leadership and Involvement Center (CLIC).

You will advise 20+ student organizations, coordinate signature programs such as Sophomore Service and Denison Service Orientation, and build partnerships across campus and with community partners to strengthen service and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in collegiate environment working in service-learning, community engagement, or civic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support community service, civic engagement, and student leadership initiatives.
• Advise 20+ Denison Community Service Association (DCSA) organizations and DU Votes.
• Coordinate signature programs such as Sophomore Service, Denison Service Orientation, alternative breaks, voter education and registration.
• Build partnerships across campus and with community organizations to strengthen service, civic engagement, and community-based learning opportunities.
• Assess programs in alignment with CLIC learning outcomes and university mission.

Education

Master's degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs, College Student Personnel, or related field
