Nurix Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Chemical Engineering to lead end‑to‑end DS manufacturing support for bexobrutideg (NX-5948) from late-stage development through commercial launch, including oversight of CDMOs. The Associate Director will work with the CMC team to optimize processes and ensure robust scale‑up.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in chemical engineering with 5+ years of industrial late‑phase DS development.
• Extensive GMP DS manufacturing, characterization, process development, scale‑up and validation.
• CDMO management experience including tech transfer activities, QbD and DoE studies.
• In‑depth knowledge of cGMP, ICH, FDA and EMA guidelines.
• Strong collaboration, communication and multitasking; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to design, develop and optimize scalable routes for DS manufacturing.
• Review CDMO equipment configurations and qualification packages.
• Oversee DS CDMO scale‑up and troubleshooting during batches.
• Lead technology transfer to CDMOs with scale‑up and demonstration of new processes.
• Coordinate with CDMOs, QA, and Global Supply Chain to ensure timely manufacture and release.
• Define engineering strategy for bexobrutideg DS lifecycle and cost of goods.
• Represent Engineering on CMC and cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor scientists and engineers.
