Qualifications
- 5–7 years of progressive supply chain experience in biomanufacturing, cell therapies or advanced therapies.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and capacity planning.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational results.
Responsibilities
- Lead site production planning and scheduling to meet customer service targets.
- Serve as business lead for MES and ERP system deployment.
- Implement best practices in production planning to improve efficiency.
