UEI College in Phoenix is seeking a Career Services Specialist to administer the IEC job placement program and guide graduating students through a successful transition into employment.

You will build relationships with employers, conduct career development workshops, and help students develop resumes and interview skills. This full-time on-site role supports campus teams and student success metrics, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Some College or Trade School preferred.
• Experience in coordinating job placement programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development and job interview preparation.
• Establish relationships with employers to hire IEC students and graduates.
