Job summary

Cornell College is recruiting an Associate Director, Berry Career Institute to support students and alumni in career coaching and professional development. The role leads program design and delivery, and helps build experiential learning opportunities across campus.

The Associate Director will manage data reporting, engage with employer partners, and contribute to college-wide initiatives to align career outcomes with a liberal arts education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master’s degree or related training to higher education administration or student engagement is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and be insurable to drive.

Responsibilities

• Student & Alumni Career Coaching: serve as the point of contact for students and alumni to provide coaching and professional development.
• Program Facilitation: designs and promotes programs to increase career-readiness and professional skills.
• Experiential Learning Development: develops and implements internship opportunities with employer partners.
• Data Management and Reporting: maintains information systems and tracks career outcomes and reports.
• Campus-Wide Support: collaborates with faculty and campus partners to advance career-readiness and experiential learning.
