• Minimum 5 years of communications experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• DATA COMMUNICATIONS AND NARRATIVE STRATEGY: Develop the CMH pipeline communications strategy and connect data reads to Lilly's enterprise science story.
• CONGRESS AND PUBLICATIONS STRATEGY: Align congress engagement and publications with communications objectives and enterprise narrative.
• EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS: Prepare leaders for media interviews and high-stakes engagements; build visibility materials.
• MEDIA RELATIONS: Proactive media strategy and journalist relationships for cardiometabolic milestones.
• CROSS-TA & ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION: Collaborate across teams to ensure narrative consistency.
• ISSUES MANAGEMENT & TEAM COLLABORATION: Prepare for issues, manage messaging, and lead agency partners.
