Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, science, public relations, or related field.
• 12+ years of communications experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Own overarching data narrative for Lilly's R&D pipeline across therapeutic areas.
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders for data landmarks, congresses, and media.
• Develop enterprise congress and publications strategies aligned with medical affairs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing communications team.
• Coordinate with cross-pillar teams to integrate data storytelling across the enterprise.
• Develop proactive media strategy for pipeline milestones and executive storytelling.
