Job description

Role Summary

Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally, we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

What happens when you take the lean, agile approach to digital marketing and apply it to pharma? A greater positive impact, on more lives, in less time. It's happening right here, right now-your chance to craft a career that matters, to be a catalyst for change, and inspire hope in patients who need it most.

Why Join Our Digital Marketing Team?

Agility. Speed. Relevance. Results.

Many larger pharmaceutical organizations use a traditional marketing approach featuring campaigns that can take several months to execute. Fortunately, our company is not like most. Our digital marketing team has adopted an agile, omni-channel approach that features small groups encompassing all disciplines to drive each project with greater precision and purpose. Our goal is to reach consumers, physicians, and payors at the right time, in the right channel with relevant, personalized content to meet their needs and create a premier customer experience. The result is to create relevant, personalized content that gains response. And there's an important part for you to play.

Campaign Development Lead

Put your marketing strategy into action as you lead the development of our customer experience and campaign planning. Leveraging your strong understanding of customer insights, you'll shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently lead our agency and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources, and relevant content. This is your chance to use your digital knowledge to employ new technologies and channels, developing customer‑experience best practices and targeting to achieve an optimal customer experience. Employing AGILE practices and a test‑and‑learn approach through each phase of the project, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with architects, scrum masters, agency contractors, internal legal, medical, and regulatory teams in the co‑design, co‑creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way. You'll be crucial in strategy development, creative development, approval, and market delivery, impacting the final product significantly.
