• Experience leading process optimization, operating models, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and deliver scalable solutions.
• Proven skills in executive storytelling and strategic presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as workstream leader for operational improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead prioritization, resource planning, staffing, and workload management across the workstream.
• Partner with senior collaborators to identify challenges and shape optimization strategies.
• Provide strategic oversight for process improvement, operating models, and governance structures.
• Ensure delivery across multiple initiatives and remove roadblocks.
• Develop methodologies, templates, tools, and guidelines for business analysis and WoW design.
• Oversee discovery, current-state evaluations, and future-state design activities.
• Develop executive recommendations, POVs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with leaders to simplify and standardize operations.
• Coordinate with Project Management to ensure governance and delivery rigor.
• Work with Systems Deployments & Integrations to align tech with business goals.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional initiatives.
• Support change management, adoption, and enablement for new processes.
• Create executive-level presentations and strategic roadmaps.
• Identify trends and opportunities for enterprise-wide improvements.
• Coach managers and analysts to build capability within the workstream.
• Evolve the capability with new services and playbooks.
