Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Business Operations for Global Quality Control to lead governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning that enable disciplined execution across QC transformation initiatives.

This role oversees cross-functional planning with Supply Chain, Engineering, Digital, and other departments; develops executive communications, monitors portfolio risks, and drives digital initiatives, including compliance and cost efficiencies, in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in business operations, manufacturing, strategy, or program management within regulated life sciences or biotech environments.
• Experience establishing governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
• Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
