About the Role

Join Sanofi as an Associate Director in Brand Analytics for Rare Blood Disorders. You will report to the Sr. Director, Insights & Analytics, and be based in Cambridge, MA or Bridgewater, NJ. Your main responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, providing strategic insights, supporting launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize brand strategies and data utilization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with brand teams on planning, performance reviews, and new initiatives
  • Develop and measure KPIs for brand strategies
  • Create and maintain KPI reports for various functions
  • Synthesize performance metrics into strategic insights for leadership
  • Support new launches with behavioral segmentation and targeting
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate on portfolio performance insights and deep dives
  • Support promotional spend optimization and application of AI/ML models
  • Coordinate with vendors for sales effectiveness reports
  • Create dashboards for decision-making
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Lead projects within a matrix management structure
Qualifications

Basic: BA/BS + 7+ years in pharma analytics, proven business acumen, strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, experience with large data sets, programming (SQL, R, Python), familiarity with pharma data sources and BI tools.

Preferred: Master’s/MBA, experience in hematology, project management skills, ability to work in a matrix environment, applying AI/ML methodologies.
