Associate Director, Audit Expert - IB Derivatives and Solutions

UBS is seeking an Associate Director, Audit Expert - IB Derivatives and Solutions in Nashville, TN. The role involves planning and executing investment bank audits, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

  1. Plan, execute, and oversee audits related to investment banking, including ESE relevant audits, issue assurance, and risk assessment.
  2. Conduct continuous risk assessments and monitor adherence to the audit cycle plan.
  3. Ensure work quality, documentation, and compliance with legal and internal standards.
  4. Draft audit reports, communicate issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  5. Review remediation activities and develop relationships with auditees and management.
  6. Work remotely is permitted.
