Position Purpose In partnership with and under the guidance of Advancement leadership, and as informed by Tuck’s strategic priorities, the associate director cultivates and solicits alumni for annual gifts and develops and implements strategies to maintain and increase annual giving participation. Through the management of volunteer programs, targeted solicitation efforts, and engagement initiatives, the associate director fosters meaningful alumni involvement and broad-based philanthropic support, strengthening Tuck’s culture of engagement and giving.
