Job summary

Strategic Employment is looking for an Associate Director of Development & Annual Giving for an independent elementary school in the Los Angeles area. The successful candidate will manage the annual fund campaign, handle donor communications, and support fundraising events.

This position requires a bachelor's degree, along with 3-5+ years of relevant experience in fundraising or nonprofit development, and is based in North Hollywood, working fully on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressively responsible fundraising, advancement, or nonprofit development experience required.
• Demonstrated direct ownership of an annual giving or annual fund campaign.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual fund campaign including strategy, solicitations, and analysis.
• Draft donor communications and stewardship materials.
