Job Description
The Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team is dedicated to enabling improved decision-making at Novartis by leveraging data, AI, and innovative technology to identify actionable insights that drive performance. We collaborate closely with the US business to provide insights and challenge ideas, empowering smarter, data-driven decisions. Reporting to the Director, AI Technology, the Associate Director for AI Tech Lead is crucial in integrating AI into our products, enhancing our competitive edge in the pharmaceutical industry.
This role involves identifying emerging opportunities in generative and agentic AI to support IDS goals. The individual will lead the development of AI-based solutions, transforming ideas into market-ready products aligned with company objectives. They will interact with business users and the IDS team to showcase capabilities, translate requirements, and develop architecture and roadmaps for prototypes and projects.

The pay range at commencement is expected to be between $126,000 and $234,000 annually. Final compensation depends on various factors, including location, experience, and skills. The total package may include bonuses, stock units, benefits, and more. Employment is at-will, with possible salary adjustments based on performance and market conditions.
