Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management - AI Property Underwriting in the United States. You will lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered property underwriting solutions for insurers, turning property inspection analytics into scalable products and driving revenue growth.

Collaborate with ML, engineering, legal, privacy, risk, and go-to-market teams to ensure responsible AI and market success, while expanding the property intelligence portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• At least six years of product management experience in technology, data, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered products, ideally with computer vision or vision-language models.
• Familiarity with model evaluation and non-deterministic AI system challenges.
• Strong AI concepts and practical use of AI tools to improve workflows and solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered property inspection analytics products.
• Expand product management across the broader property underwriting portfolio.
• Collaborate with ML and platform teams to define scope, evaluate models, and manage releases.
• Develop commercial models with pricing and packaging teams; drive adoption and revenue targets.
• Lead pilot programs with insurance carriers and ecosystem partners; translate feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate product launches and release management including sales enablement and training.
• Coordinate legal, privacy, risk, and AI governance reviews to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and outcomes to inform ongoing improvements.
