BeOne is seeking an Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & Decision Intelligence to own the analytical backbone for R&D portfolio prioritization, valuation, and governance reporting. You will translate complex pipeline data into decision-ready insights for senior governance forums and shape AI-enabled analytics foundations across the function.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders, with focus on standardizing processes and embedding

Formación

• Experience building and validating portfolio models and governance analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quantitative portfolio modeling and governance analytics for R&D investments.
• Develop decision intelligence tools, dashboards, and scenario simulators for governance reviews.
