Job summary

MSD is pursuing an Associate Director, AI Activation & Commercial Analytics to lead advanced analytics and data science initiatives within Digital Human Health. You will partner with brand, ME, and data/tech teams to shape AI use cases and drive adoption of analytics solutions that deliver measurable value.

Required between 5+ years in pharma analytics, strong ML/statistics, and proficiency in Python/SQL/R with Databricks or Dataiku.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare analytics or data science.
• Strong ML and statistics knowledge for commercial questions.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and commercial model.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics and data science projects addressing brand and marketing questions.
• Drive launch readiness through analytics and performance tracking.
• Translate outputs into decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
