Job summary

Alexion is seeking an Associate Director, Advertising and Promotion Compliance, US to serve as the RA representative for promotional materials. You will review content, advise cross-functional teams, and act as the primary liaison with FDA on ad/promo issues.

The role requires strong regulatory expertise and hands-on experience with Veeva Promomats and Medcomms. You will engage with OPDP/APLB, support training, and help shape processes for the creation and approval of promotional materials while

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree and relevant regulatory experience in prescription drug promotion.
• : 5 years of relevant experience and/or PharmD post-doctoral Fellowship.
• : Knowledge of U.S. advertising and promotional regulations.
• : Experience communicating with OPDP and/or APLB.
• : Experience with global standards for advertising and promotion compliance.
• : Knowledge of industry compliance requirements and trends.
• : Experience with launching new products or indications.
• : Understanding of business goals and marketing concepts/tools.
• : Proficiency with Veeva tools for promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Review US promotional and non-promotional materials for FDA compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison with OPDP/APLB for assigned products.
• Provide regulatory training on prescription drug promotion.
• Advise product teams on advertising and promotion issues.
• Inform stakeholders about labeling changes and regulatory updates.
• Develop processes for creation, review and approval of promotional materials.
• Keep regulatory expertise current with FDA actions and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory impact of changes.
