Position Overview

This role is part of OMG's Outcomes division, a specialized group of performance marketers focused on delivering outcome-driven KPIs for clients. The Associate Director of Activation Strategy, Outcomes, should have strong knowledge of media (programmatic, social, search). The role involves client meetings, presenting capabilities, managing expectations, and selling solutions.

Reports to: Director of Activation, Outcomes
Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise between client teams and external partners to deliver outcomes.
  2. Serve as a key contact for ad hoc requests and daily inquiries.
  3. Translate audience insights and communication strategies into media plans and formats.
  4. Ensure strategy aligns with digital execution, blurring planning and investment lines.
  5. Manage planning team work, including budget QA and media calculations.
  6. Manage large budgets across multiple channels and campaigns.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, including presenting to clients.
  8. Coordinate with peers to ensure consistent processes and tools.
  9. Have hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, social platforms, and partners.
  10. Mentor junior team members and manage team performance.
Experience:
  1. 5+ years in performance marketing with client management experience.
  2. 1+ years managing a team.
  3. Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, and social platforms.
  4. Ability to collaborate and manage peers.
  5. Comfort with data, analytics, and measurement concepts.
  6. Proficiency in Excel and reporting to clients.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
About the Activation Center of Excellence

This team ensures practice excellence and product evolution across OMG, maintaining standards, certifications, and best practices to stay competitive and innovative.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is $110,000-$125,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and insurance. The role is hybrid, with three days in-office and two remote, with flexibility.
