This role is part of OMG's Outcomes division, a specialized group of performance marketers focused on delivering outcome-driven KPIs for clients. The Associate Director of Activation Strategy, Outcomes, should have strong knowledge of media (programmatic, social, search). The role involves client meetings, presenting capabilities, managing expectations, and selling solutions.
This team ensures practice excellence and product evolution across OMG, maintaining standards, certifications, and best practices to stay competitive and innovative.
The pay range is $110,000-$125,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and insurance. The role is hybrid, with three days in-office and two remote, with flexibility.
