Yale Cancer Center seeks an Associate Director to provide clinical finance and administration leadership for the Department of Psychiatry. This role involves managing a $62M clinical budget and ensuring the financial stability of the clinical mission.

The Associate Director (AD) provides clinical finance and administration leadership for the Department of Psychiatry, reporting to the Director of Clinical Administration. The AD supports the Vice Chief of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health for YNHH and manages a $62M annual clinical operation budget, overseeing patient care revenue, clinical contracts, and medical director support. The AD ensures the administrative and financial stability of the clinical mission, including financial and strategic planning, faculty recruitment, compensation, and tracking provider productivity, and manages a team that provides clinical finance and administration services.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and five years of related work experience, including demonstrated leadership, project management, and/or supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
