    Job Description Summary
    Based in US, preferably Franklin Lakes, this position is responsible for the overall HR strategy and execution for the Global Procurement, and North America Supply Chain organizations, including oversight of all Distribution Center sites in the US. The role serves as a strategic HR Business Partner to the SVP Procurement and VP North America Supply Chain. This role partners with the Global BU ISC HRBPs, and leaders within the NASCC and Procurement organization facilitating their talent strategies. Also responsible for development of high performing organizations within the client groups.

    The HRBP is also in charge of executing directly or ensuring execution through HR direct reports of all HR matters in the US related to NASC, GSC (BDX) and Procurement (BDX) organizations.

    This HRBP role provides insight into talent management decisions, supports leaders in driving people and capability objectives, and provides a full-range of HR Business partner support to their client groups, both operational and strategic. As a member of the extended BD HR team collaborates on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives that contribute to individual and company success.

    This role is a key member of the NA SC & EMEA Manufacturing HRLT, plays a key part in the development as well as execution of organizational development strategies and capability plans within the GSC & Procurement organizations.

    This role is also part of Global Procurement LT, NASC LT, and ISCQ HRLT.

    This role provides HR oversight to all of the Distribution Center locations in the US, managing the DC HR representatives. As such this role is responsible for ensuring DC compliance & DC priorities are adequately reflected in the annual objectives for the DC HR leaders.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provides strategic HR business partner support for Client Leaders, works with respective regional and other people leaders to identify and resolve corresponding business needs, creates and implements organizational plans, and builds key capabilities required to achieve business objectives.
    • Leads and supports client groups with organizational capability and capacity analyses and strategic workforce planning, organization design, associate engagement.
    • Uses business case methodology to capitalize on opportunities to lead change.
    • Develops and proactively conducts team development strategies.
    • Supports Talent development, people engagement, training plans, and upscales associate skills.
    • Partners with Global Procurement and NASC leaders to advise, facilitate and champion talent management strategies to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles while ensuring inclusion and diversity outcomes.
    • Participates in/facilitates the Performance Management process (i.e. calibrate PxP at LT levels.)
    • Consults with clients to understand training and development needs across their functional groups, to identify trends, patterns, etc, and works with the TM COE to present recommendations as part of organizational training needs assessment.
    • Provides consultative guidance for compensation and facilitates appropriate compensation reviews in partnership with Total Rewards.
    • Provides strategic HR advisory support for complex HR issues and activities.
    • Actively uses data and metrics to drive client engagement and drive accountability for outcomes both with client and the HR organization.
    • Leads and continues building highly capably US distribution center HR teams.
    • Partners closely with the Global Warehousing teams and support execution of the BD Excellence strategy in distribution centers.
    • Manages performance, provide guidance and coaching to the respective distribution center HR leaders.

    Other Responsibilities

    • As the most senior role within the GSC/Procurement/EMEA Manufacturing HR Team, the HRBP is the go-to person for their manager for cross functional HR projects, analytics, excellence projects, or other HR priorities
    • Is in charge of executing or getting executed all HR matters in the US for GSC (on top of assigned client groups).
    • Manages projects or processes contributing to the overall HR community and common agenda per request.
    • Leads special projects related to the customer groups. Understands the goal, develop and implement project process and develops and presents sound proposals.
    • Responsible for other duties as assigned.

    About You:

    • Minimum BS/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field required; Advanced degree (MBA/ Masters in HR or equivalent) is preferred.
    • Professional of Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certifications or equivalent are a plus.
    • Minimum of 8 years professional experience in HR, with key HR Generalist roles that required change management, business partnering, organizational effectiveness/development/design, employment law, and positive employee relations.
    • Experience in collaborating with diverse client groups including manufacturing, Warehousing and/or supply chain clients.
    • Global and OUS Region experience is preferred.
    • Experience working in mid/large complex environments and matrixed organizations is preferred.
    • Plant and/or Warehouse HR experience is a plus.
    • Able to manage change through taking a proactive role in bringing about change and following proven change frameworks

    Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

    $157,700 -$260,400.00 USD Annual.
