Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Associate DevOps Developer to join the Engineering Analytics team in Seal Beach, CA. You will contribute to modern DevSecOps practices and drive automation across development, testing, and deployment.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance, 2+ years of related experience, and hands-on experience with Linux, Ansible, Terraform, JIRA, and Confluence. This role involves working on high-impact national security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with adjudicated polygraph; U.S. citizenship required.
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Linux, Ansible, Terraform, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Apply modern DevSecOps / GitOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC) to streamline integration and testing.
• Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes with automation, metrics, and lessons learned.
• Automate, monitor, and troubleshoot across development, tooling, testing, deployment, configuration, and security controls.
• Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability.
• Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.
