Description:

This position is for an Associate DevOps Engineer in the Cloud Platform DevOps team that supports the Cloud and Software organization within the Advanced Innovation Center. This role will work closely with Engineering, Security, QA, and Architecture teams to develop highly scalable/available, secure Cloud Infrastructure that will host and integrate cloud services. To be successful in this role, you are expected to be highly hands-on, have knowledge of basic software engineering and DevOps concepts, and be motivated to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Automate and manage Infrastructure provisioning, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and delivery in the cloud.
• Build, maintain, and improve on a cloud platform to enable solutions teams to quickly and seamlessly deploy software.
• Work within the DevOps team to develop Cloud platform provisioning solutions that can involve AWS services and components to maintain platform uptimes.
• Be a part of SDLC cycles, identify DevOps dependencies for Releases and automate manual toil.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ months of DevOps experience in AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible, or Terraform
• Knowledge of Jenkins, building CI/CD pipelines and Production deployments
• Knowledge and experience with source control systems like Git
• Basic experience with public Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship experience in software development companies
• Knowledge of observability tools like DataDog
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Python
