Onward Search is seeking an Associate Developer to join our Salesforce team in Indianapolis. The role focuses on building and enhancing Salesforce features using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

You will integrate Amazon Connect and Live Vox, test and debug code, and collaborate across teams to document solutions. A strong foundation in Salesforce development and Agile practices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years total development experience, with 4+ years Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and Git/SVN.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development frameworks, with a strong desire to learn new technologies and tools.
