Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking an Associate Designer who will support the day-to-day execution of the sweater category, working closely with the Senior Designer and Design Director. The ideal candidate has knitwear knowledge, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow through.

Create and update sketches, CADS, pitch sheets, and design presentations prep; maintain weekly updates to seasonal yarn bin and design boards; support yarn, stitch, color, trim, and technique

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 2–4 years of design experience.
• Must have sweater and knitwear experience.
• Proficient in CAD; strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• Proactive attitude, problem solver, and follow-through.
• PLM/VibeIQ knowledge a plus.

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts
