R13 specializes in progressive silhouettes produced with high-quality Italian and Japanese materials. The brand represents the classics of American fashion: denim, plaid & leather, infused with a counter cultural edge that recalls the rebellious spirit of America’s history and tells the story of the “other” America’s provocative, underground culture playing on consistent themes of rock and roll and grunge.
R13 is seeking an Associate Designer to support the denim design department across all aspects of denim and structured woven development. This role will focus exclusively on denim, structured woven, and wash design—from initial concept research and vintage inspiration through prototyping, fittings, and final approvals.
The ideal candidate is passionate about denim heritage, fabric construction, and wash innovation, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to translate creative direction into commercial yet authentic product.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $66,000 - $70,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
