Job summary

Target is seeking a design-focused team member in Minneapolis to contribute to product development and fashion-driven design. You will collaborate across creative, merchandising, and production teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals and CAD-ready drawings.

The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About You

• Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art, or similar area of study, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience
• Computer design system skills including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in CAD illustration or 2D/3D software
• Ability to stay aware of Trends and Fashion
• Understanding of textiles, garment construction/fit or raw materials & product production
• Experience assimilating product feedback
• Ability to research and apply market/trend information
• Ability to build strong partnerships in order to successfully work in a team environment
