Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Associate Designer – Scrubs to support seasonal development from concept to commercialization at our El Segundo headquarters. You will create and update CADs, colorways, line sheets, and design documentation, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional partners to execute trims and embellishments.

The ideal candidate has a Fashion Design degree, 2–3 years of apparel design experience, proficiency in Illustrator and Centric PLM, strong organizational skills, and an

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of apparel design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required).
• Experience with PLM systems (Centric preferred).
• Foundational understanding of garment construction, fit and apparel product development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design team throughout the seasonal product development process from concept through commercialization.
• Create and update CADs, colorways, line sheets, presentation materials and design documentation.
• Assist with seasonal product updates including prints, graphics, trims and embellishments.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to coordinate seasonal trim development, approvals and execution.
• Support cross-functional and project-based design initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of the Scrubs business.
• Prepare samples, design boards and meeting materials for seasonal reviews.
• Coordinate wear tests, sample management and seasonal design libraries.
• Conduct trend research, competitive shopping and market analysis to inspire future product.
• Maintain organized design files, seasonal documentation and product information within Centric PLM.

Fabletics is currently looking for an Associate Designer – Scrubs.

What you will do?

• Support the Design team throughout the seasonal product development process from concept through commercialization.

What you can bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of apparel design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required).
• Experience with PLM systems (Centric preferred).
• Foundational understanding of garment construction, fit and apparel product development.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Curious, collaborative and eager to learn.
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual basesalary range for this position is from $70,304 - $76,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
