Alternating Patient Care Schedule:

Week 1: Tuesday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Week 2: Tuesday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Active Illinois dental license, controlled substance license, and malpractice insurance
• 3+ years of experience preferred
