Job summary

Dentist in Edgewater is seeking an Associate Dentist to sharpen clinical and business judgment while delivering high-quality care in a modern practice setting.

You will perform exams, diagnose, and present treatment plans; deliver general and emergency care including restorations, crowns/bridges, extractions, and endodontics; collaborate with the hygiene team on periodontal recall; and maintain complete clinical notes and radiographs with defensible documentation.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school and an active Maryland dental license.
• Strong surgical skills and proficiency with simple and surgical extractions.
• Endodontics experience with anterior/premolar; molar endodontics a plus.
• Restorations experience including crowns, bridges, dentures; pediatric restorations.
• Calm under pressure with sound judgment and high ethical standards.

What we're looking for

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school and an active dental license in Maryland.
• Strong surgical skills, proficient with simple and surgical extractions; impacted, soft tissue, and bony extractions are a plus.
• Comfortable with anterior and premolar endodontics; molar endodontics is a plus.
• Competent across composite and amalgam restorations, crown and bridge, partial and full dentures, and pediatric restorations, stainless steel crowns, and pulpotomies.
• Composure and sound decision making under pressure, and consistency day to day.
• High moral and ethical standards that cannot be compromised under any circumstances.
