We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice features:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • Team ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient age range: primarily 3-21 years old, up to 30% adult population depending on location
  • Office flow: approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day
  • Insurance mix: state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Sign-on bonus up to $100,000

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Current, valid dental license in your practicing state or eligibility for licensure
  • Necessary certifications such as CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to serve both children and adults
