Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a full-time General Dentist to join our established practice. You\'ll oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Overview includes up to 15K sign-on bonus and a compensation package of $180,000–$250,000 USD annually, with daily guarantee and potential up to 36% depending on production. Enfield, CT-based, traditional on-site role.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient\'s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients and maintain patient records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
