Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from exam and treatment planning to delivery of services including endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The role includes access to exclusive continuing education and mentorship within a nationwide network.

The position offers a generous compensation range and a sign-on bonus, with a focus on building long-term patient relationships and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high-quality standard of care and ethics.
