42 North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from patient exam and diagnosis to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a lucrative annual range with a $150,000–$250,000 target and a full benefits package, 401(k), CE opportunities, mentorship, and potential equity. Licensure and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
