Job summary

42North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a General Dentist to join our established practice. You will provide comprehensive patient care from exam through treatment, including in-office periodontal, endodontic, oral surgery, and orthodontic services.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination; malpractice insurance; and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies and best practices.
