Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver the complete patient care process from exam to treatment. In-office specialties include endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available, with ongoing education and collaboration through a strong network of doctors. The Dentist must uphold the highest standards of care and ethics, maintain accurate patient records, and review treatment options with

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standards of care through CE.
